Nice ring, slow communication
I bought one of their Sterling Silver Rings, a band style. The ring itself is really well-made and the design is cool, definitely stands out. It arrived within the promised timeframe, about 8 days to reach Denver. My only small issue was with customer service. I sent an email asking about a specific material property before I bought, and it took them almost three full days to respond. Not a huge deal, but a quicker reply would have been nice.
